Clinton Barkdoll Clinton Barkdoll is a graduate of High Point University, cum laude, and the Dickinson School of Law - Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Franklin County Bar Associations. In addition to general law practice areas, he currently serves as Solicitor for the Franklin County Treasurer's Office and the Franklin County Prothonotary's Office. Clint is a board member of the Waynesboro Red Cross and the Waynesboro Area Business & Educational Corp. He previously served as a member of Waynesboro Borough Council. Upon completing law school, Clint was a Reporter for several years with Dow Jones & Co. in Washington D.C., covering business and regulatory news.
